Socializing and working with native speakers exposes the participants to continuous comparisons of Croatian culture with the cultures of different English-speaking countries: America, Canada, Australia, Ireland, UK.

Inter-group meetings, debates and after-class social hours are intended to serve the purpose of introducing our participants to English-speaking foreigners and providing them with an opportunity to improve their speaking skills more rapidly.

Program participants may use the American library in the Croatian American Society for as long as they are part of the program. They also have an open invitation to attend the lectures (our "Thursday in Action" program cycle) of esteemed university professors.
